Defective passenger bottom seat cover.

I opened the box today and installed the covers. When I started to istall the passenger bottom seat cover, I noticed a crease by the left leg. It is not a slice. I believe it is how it was folded at the factory. I have a couple of pictures of what I am talking about if you need them. Please advise. Thank you.

I have been trying to get seat covers that fit. I have never dealt with such an incompetent bunch of yahoos in all my life. In my opinion its been a scam from the start. Now I hope I recover my money but Im not holding my breath. I would never recommend this company to any one. Im so sorry because I did like the seat covers in my neighbors ford.

Delay in recieving cover

Coverking says they are running way behind on delivering my cover. The staff seems very nice in email messages, but the website is all but useless in getting status of your order. If you want your purchase in a timely manner you should look for other options. Meanwhile, I'll have to wait to see what happens and hope it's worth it.

When I ordered the auto-interior cover, the product was paid for in full whereby the company sent me a 'something.' The product obviously didn't fit and was not made for any car I could imagine. The product was returned in their box. The company has since disappeared. My estimation of this is; "THE COMPANY PURPOSELY SENDS A DEMO PIECE OF JUNK AND WHEN YOU RETURN IT, THEY PURPOSELY DISAPPEAR. THIS IS THEIR WAY OF MAKING YOU JUMP THRU HOOPS IN AN EFFORT TO GET THE CUSTOMER TO THE FRUSTRATION POINT WHERE THE CUSTOMER EVENTUALLY WALKS AWAY.. LEAVING COVERKING WITH THE MONEY.. THIS IS FRAUD. PURE AND SIMPLE.. BUYER BEWARE.. STAY COMPLETELY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS.

I have called the company. I was told my order would be shipped in a few weeks more.

It wasn't. They said they would send an email when it ships.

I haven't received a single email from them. Costco just sent another email saying it was delayed again.

I ordered my CoverKing custom cover through Costco.com 8/18/20. I paid for it upfront. It was supposed to be delivered by 9/15/20 per the Costco site. It never came and no shipping email, so I called CoverKing and was told it would be shipped by 10/15/20 that they had an overwhelming number of orders. Well, it's a month later and still no information as to shipping date. I am very upset with this. Their website says the product will be shipped within 2 to 3 weeks. What a lie. And that's supposed to be the current lead time. What a farce. DON'T BUY FROM THEM, YOU WON'T GET YOUR PRODUCT FOR MONTHS AND MONTHS AND MONTHS.

I ordered coverking seat covers from Carid on May 21 2019. The said my order would be shipped 6/6/2019. I called Carid and they said Coverking cannot handle volume of business. They have me a new sgip date of 6/11/2019. Thats today I called carid again. They told me that coverking cannot handle volume of bussiness again and that coverking backed up my order to 6/21/2019. This is redicules. I want to know if Carid is lying about Coverking or is Coverking too small to handle making my seat covers.

I paid to have it fixed. CoverKing now includes a tool to solve the problem shipped with the seat covers.

I purchased neoprene seat covers for a 2004 Toyota 2004 MR2 Spyder. They anchor by straps that go under the seats, front to back. The material and workmanship are beautyful. Only problem is the seats are so low on this car that the straps cannot be tightened in the manner prescribed. It would be necessary to deactivate the air bags and remove the seats and their tracks.The "joke" is, that when calling the company, their tech guy said "yea, we know that's a problem on some cars". Now I have $200 worth of covers that slide all over the place everytime I enter the car. Monetary Loss: $200. Auto Seat Covers I'm rewriting this because the original didn't appear in my personal profile.

I recently purchased a CoverKing Stormproof cover through one if their authorized dealers. It cost about $475, which is not inexpensive. When I received it, I noticed it was just a single layer of polyester fabric. I immediately had concerns it will scratch my Rolls Royce Phantom. I contacted the reseller and they assured me it was not going to. I also checked the CoverKing website where they claimed it would not, but all this is false. This cover not only scratched my car, but it did that all over the entire body and ruined the entire paint finish. The problem is where the seams are on the inside of the cover. These seams will rub back and forth on the paint until they leave abrasions all over the car, anywhere the seams touch the paint. This also happens along any hard edge your car may have that is in direct contact with the cover. Furthermore, when the wind picks up the cover and makes parts of it flap around, the constant pounding the paint takes when the material is slapped against it creates all kinds of additional scratches. I notified CoverKing of the issue and their head of customer support Daniel Erickson offered $200 to pay a “mobile detailer” to come fix it. Seriously? No mobile detailer is going to be able to properly compound out the scratches and do the necessary paint correction. All they are going to do is to cover it up with wax and other fillers and not fix the problem. When the wax wears down, the scratches will show up again. Even if they can fix it properly, they are going to charge way more than $200 for a paint job that costs tens of thousands of dollars on a car that is 19 feet long. At this point, I urge everyone to carefully check their cars if they have this cover and I bet you will see the scratches I am detailing in this. If they are there, you should take whatever actions you can to make sure CoverKing fixes the problem for you. If you have not purchased anything from CoverKing, DON’T. Go find another car cover maker who will not misrepresent their products and who will take responsibility for their actions in damaging your car. I took the car to a shop that deals with high end paint finishes and they said it was so bad, it’s going to take them 5 working days and $1,200 to fix it. In fact, they said two spots may be too damaged to even fix. So, DON’T BUY FROM COVERKING and if their products have damaged your car, go after them. They can’t false advertise like this, damage cars we worked hard to get, and just ignore the responsibility to make things right.

My experience with Coverking was unpleasant from start to finish. I ordered one left hand dash cover and one rear deck cover for a 91 VW Jetta. I received one right hand and one left hand dash cover. The left hand cover was cut wrong and did not fit the vents properly. There was also not a cut out for the VIN plate, which is illegal in all states as far as I know. They had also punched about 8 1/2"in holed in the cover that have no purpose and are unfinished, so they are sure to be the first to fray and fall apart. I called Coverking and explained the many problems with the items that they had sent me. After jumping through many hoops, they finely indicated that they had made a mistake and that they would send me 2 left handed dash covers. I reminded them that I had ordered 1 dash and 1 deck cover but the representative gritted her teeth and said 'yes, we made a mistake but our system shows that you ordered 2 dash covers so we will only send you 2 new dash covers.' I responded that they had already acknowledged that they had made a mistake, and that the deck and dash covers were the same price and it wouldn't cost them any more to send me what I had ordered/needed then to send what I didn't order. She said, 'no, we will send dash covers only.' So I got two dash covers. The vent issue was fixed, but the holes where still cut into it and there was still no cutout for the vin plate. There is absolutely no reason for a company to be this inflexible with a customer especially after realizing that they had made a mistake and sent the customer a bad product. Buy at your own risk!!

Range Rover Junk

I purchased seat covers for our 2013 Evoque upon opening I noticed that a seam was coming apart. While trying to install the bottom seat cover I realized that the fabric from the back portion had to be removed, during the removal, plastic seat parts started to become loose and needed to be re-glued. I called the company wanting to return the poorly designed product and was told "We don't do that never have never will". Resigning myself that I'd been taken I tried to install the seat back cover which would require me to cut holes in the fabric of our $50,000.00 vehicle. Needless to say the junk is in a box in the corner of the garage. Maybe I can sell them at our spring yard sale for a dollar.

We don't make seat covers for Range Rovers (unless you purchased a universal fit). Possibly you purchased from another company?

In addition, we offer a 100% refund option for the first month you've had the product.

I PURCHASED THE LEATHERET SEAT COVERS FOR MY 1999 CHEVY TAHO AND PAID $500 which took about 1 month to get to me then when I opened the box one seat cover had *** in it , the stiches were not even and the quality was poor. It looked like something that I could have purchased from walmart!!! I am very disappointed with their products.I am a decon at a church so I wont say what is on my mind but I will say that if you are reading this review don't waste your time or money!!! I wish that there was someone out there that would have took the time to let me know that this was going to be a waste of mines...

Ordered Seat covers - delivery quoted as 10 days - still waiting nearly a MONTH later

It is soon going to be 1 month since I paid for these seat covers. They stated they would be DELIVERED TO ME in 10 days... I called to inquire about them this week, and was told that they had not even started on them yet - although no one from the company called to notify me, apologize for the delay, or offer anything to offset the failure to deliver the product as stated, etc. I think you should offer a partial refund. I also think that you should not state that the product will BE DELIVERED in 10 days - this is false advertisement. I ordered these for my friend that was going overseas (military) - he just left for duty - without ever seeing the seat covers in his truck. I ordered them 3 weeks before he was leaving, and 17 days before we had his going away party. This has been a very big disappointment. I cannot believe COVERKING does business like this. I now see many others posting on YELP with the same/similar experience... it sounds like Coverking does not care - the reviews there are terrible - it seems like my experience is typical?
